The Journal of Human Capital (JHC) is dedicated to human capital and its expanding economic and social roles in the contemporary knowledge economy. It explores the role human capital plays in the production, allocation, and distribution of economic resources and in supporting long-term economic growth and development. JHC is designed to bring together theoretical and empirical work on human capital—broadly defined to include education, skill, health, entrepreneurship, and intellectual and social capital—and related public policy issues.

Journal Information
MOVING WALL
The "moving wall" represents the time period between the last issue available in JSTOR and the most recently published issue of a journal.
Moving walls are generally represented in years.
In calculating the moving wall, the current year is not counted.
For example, if the current year is 2008 and a journal has a 5 year moving wall, articles from the year 2002 are available.
