The University of Chicago Press
Chicago Emerging Nations Initiative
The Chicago Emerging Nations Initiative (CENI) ensures that readers at higher education and research institutions in more than 110 emerging nations receive access to electronic and print editions of journals published by the University of Chicago Press. By supporting the worldwide community of scholars, CENI seeks to broaden access to knowledge and nourish the intellectual exchange on which it thrives.
CENI program partners provide institutions in qualifying emerging nations with access to University of Chicago Press journals in electronic or print format, at no cost or at deeply discounted rates. Please note that the CENI discounted rates can be obtained only through CENI partners. If you represent an institution in an emerging nation, please review the partner information below and identify the programs that best serve your institution’s research and teaching needs. Contact the program partners directly for more information about rates and eligibility.
If you are an individual scholar in an emerging nation, you may be eligible for a discount on your personal subscription to a University of Chicago journal. Enter “CENI” in the box marked Promotion Code when placing your order or renewing your existing subscription.
