Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on Behalf of the University of Georgia and the Georgia Review Publisher Description
Since the founding of The Georgia Review in 1947, its publisher has been its home institution, the University of Georgia, whose recognition and support have been instrumental in enabling the editorial staff to establish and sustain one of the nation’s premier journals of arts and letters.  The Georgia Review (1) serves as a visible symbol of the university’s commitment to excellence through the consistently high quality and wide range of material featured in its quarterly issues, and (2) projects the university’s academic image and standards to the intellectual community and the broader public throughout the world.
