An Improved Technique for Electron Microscopic Examination of Foraminifera

Abstract

A simplified technique for preparing replicas of broken surfaces, complete surfaces or broken sections of foraminifera for examination by electron microscopy is presented. The technique produces ultrathin films which are usable 90 per cent of the time.
