Abstract

1. Certain climatic effects with respect to Fernando Po cacao cultivations are described in relation to previous studies in Nigeria. 2. There is further evidence that cacao yields tend to be inversely proportional to rainfall. 3. Cacao epiphytes found in Fernando Po are listed. There are relatively few species in comparison with Nigeria. This disparity receives comment with respect to climatic differences and the adverse effects of fungicide applications.
