Abstract

Immunological methods are described for the separation and purification of 13-hydroxy and 13-deoxygibberellins of Cucumis sativus. Qualitative and quantitative data show that 13-deoxygibberellins predominate over 13-hydroxygibberellins in stems and leaves of this species.
