Abstract

Ansetzend an der Kritik von Egon Franck, dass die Agenturtheorie nicht die institutionelle Wirklichkeit der modernen Kapitalgesellschaft abbildet, wird die Kritik der Agenturtheorie fortgeführt. Anschliessend werden mögliche Forschungsfelder für die betriebswirtschaftliche Forschung abgeleitet. Based on Egon Franck's argument that agency theory does not correspond to the institutional reality of the modern corporation, the critique of agency theory will be continued. Subsequently, implications for future research in the field of organization and management studies will be developed.
