Four new species of Ancyrocephalinae are described from darters (Percidae: Etheostomatinae) from Mississippi: Urocleidus ammocryptus from Ammocrypta beani Jordan, and Etheostoma parvipinne Gilbert and Swain; U. chlorosomus and U. lottensis from Etheostoma chlorosomum (Hay); and U. stigmaeus and U. chlorosomus from Etheostoma stigmaeum (Jordan). U. nigrofasciatus Harrises, 1962, from a new host locality is included.
