Abstract

Thirty-eight introduced species of thrips representing 28 genera in three families are known from Bermuda. The species were apparently introduced from eastern North America or the Caribbean region, except for three species. Hosts, collection data and world distribution are presented for each species and the economic importance of several species is mentioned.
