Abstract

Speaking at the Fifth Annual Meeting of the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation, held in conjunction with the Association's Midyear Meeting in Chicago last February, William T. Gossett, Chairman of the Fellows, delivered an address which outlined what he conceived to be the true functions of the American Bar Foundation.
