There are presently 91 species and one subspecies, in 39 genera and 23 families of Hepaticae, recorded from the Yukon Territory, Canada. Sixty-three species are from literature reports and 28 species and one sub species are reported here as new. Significant range extensions are recorded for Macrodiplophyllum microdontum (Mitt.) Perss., Radula prolifera Arn., Scapania spitzbergensis (Lindb.) K.Müll., Frullania tamarisci (L.) Dum. and Hygrolejeunea alaskana Schuster & Steere. With more intensive field work the number of taxa found in the Yukon can be expected to increase greatly.
