Abstract

The holotype of Lecanora imshaugii Brodo is identical to L. perflexuosa (Räs.) Miyawaki of Japan and Korea, with the name L. imshaugii taking priority. This is another example of a lichen species restricted to an eastern North American and eastern Asian distribution pattern.
