Twenty-two species in genus Eutrombicula are recorded in Venezuela. Of them 16 are described as new; these and their type hosts are: Eutrombicula cricetivora off Rhipidomys venustus, E. jenkinsi off Thomasomys lugens, E. leegoffi off Oryzomys albigularis, E. longiseta off O. minutus, E. lukoschusi off T. hylophilus, E. marmosa off Marmosa fuscata, E. nadchatrami off O. albigularis, E. neotropicalis off O. albigularis, E. spipi off Echimys armatus, E. tachirae off O. albigularis, E. tanychaeta off Didelphis azarae, E. vacillata off D. azarae, E. variabilis off T. lugens, E. venezuelensis off O. minutus, E. webbi off O. albigularis, and E. wolfenbargeri off Cryptotis thomasi. A key to species is included.
