Abstract

Nasturtium, which is often reduced to synonymy of Rorippa, is recognized as a distinct genus of five species. It is more closely related to Cardamine than to Rorippa, and its distinguishing characters from these genera are given. The new combination N. floridanum is proposed, and a key to the species is provided.
