Abstract

This first paper of a series considers 12 species of Inocybe collected in the Western District of Nova Scotia during the fall months of 1966. Of these, only I. longicystis has been previously reported. Two new species, I. melleiconica and I. chalcodoxantha, are described, and 2 species are reported for the first time from North America.
