Abstract

Through giving an example of ethnological literature being « contaminated » by the use of romantic style, the author is taking up some of the questions raised by this combination of styles. Does this represent a drift on the part of a talewriter or an emergence of a new attitude towards scientific discursive reasoning (with greater involvement and introspection) ? In any case, this diversion through fiction partly reduces the fictional aspect of the diversion (distancing leading to greater objectivity).
