Abstract

This interview, as part of a series with some of the more distinguished names in the water-supply field, departs somewhat from its predecessors. Whereas Messrs. Wolman and Baxter covered the problems confronting the industry with knowledgeable broad strokes, J. J. Barr throughout much of what he says stresses the advantages and disadvantages of particular operations. Eric Johnson, AWWA's Executive Director, again directs the interview.
