Abstract

A matrix system applicable to the comprehensive representation of the risks borne by society is described. The rows contain the casual factors of the risks while the columns show their subject. The matrix can be used — depending on the contents of the researches to be taken into consideration — e. g. by describing the data of a case study and then depicting the changes expectable up to a latter time (e. g. up to the turn of the century).
