Abstract

Andalucía is certainly one of the Spanish communities that generate more cultural goods all over the country and, without any doubt, one of the most active as far as theater is concerned. Like any living organism used to extreme conditions, this is a tough and resilient industry that keep on going even in his lowest hours with admirable enthusiasm. Surely not the right time for agonizing cries. The time is right to implement the necessary changes toward more rational management models according to the market society and set the basis for a future in which theatrical activity must be understood not as useless expenditures but as an investment.
