Abstract

A sexualidade é atualmente vista como um problema de saúde pública, sendo a escola local privilegiade de implementaçāo de politicas públicas que promovam a saúde de cricanças e edolescentes. Assim, ela foi constituida de acordo com as Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCNs), em tema transversal, a fim de disseminar-se por todo campo pedagógico e irradiar seus efeitos em dominios as mais heterogêneos, dentre outros, na Educaçāo Fisica. Esta pesquisa analisou o dispositivo da sexualidade nos PCNs, buscando identificar a concepçāo de sexualidade ali presente, a singularidade histórica desta proposta e seus possiveis efeitos na escola e, mais especificamente na Educaçāo Fisica. Today, sexuality is considered a matter of public health, and the school is a place for the implementation of public policies that promote children's and adolescents' health. Thus, it has been established, in agreement with the National Curriculum Parameters (PCNs), as a transversal theme in order to disseminate itself throughout the whole pedagogical field broaden its effects in a wide range of different areas, including Physical Education. This analyzes the requirements of sexuality in the PCNs with the aim of identifying the use sexuality concept, the historical uniqueness of this proposal and its possible effects at more specifically through Physical Education.
