Abstract

Managers and officers are increasingly banding themselves into collectivities of associations which are gaining the aspect of trade unionism. This paper seeks to present the extent of this phenomenon, the underlying factors responsible for it, the problem of recognition and the associations' response, union-association relations and likely trends in the future.
