Revista Canadiense de Estudios Hispánicos [RCEH] was founded in 1976 and is the official publication of the Canadian Association of Hispanists. The mandate of the journal since its inception has been to become an international forum in Canada for the exchange of scholarship and intellectual inquiry in Hispanic Studies along a broad spectrum of methods and approaches. By publishing cutting-edge, high-quality, thought-provoking work by outstanding Canadian and international scholars, the journal serves to connect Canadian scholarship in Hispanic Studies and the international community. We aim to continue being a forum of excellence for researchers in the field of Hispanic Studies-culture, literature, and film‚Äìand we note that RCEH is presently considered one of the leading journals in our discipline.
The "moving wall" represents the time period between the last issue
available in JSTOR and the most recently published issue of a journal.
Moving walls are generally represented in years. In rare instances, a
publisher has elected to have a "zero" moving wall, so their current
issues are available in JSTOR shortly after publication.
Note: In calculating the moving wall, the current year is not counted.
For example, if the current year is 2008 and a journal has a 5 year
moving wall, articles from the year 2002 are available.
Terms Related to the Moving Wall
