Southeast Asia Publications (SEAP) was the publishing arm of the Center for Southeast Asian Studies at Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, Illinois from 1969 to 2010. SEAP ceased operations effective January 15, 2010. 

SEAP published the peer-reviewed journals Crossroads, an Interdisciplinary Journal of Southeast Asian Studies and The Journal of Burma Studies; Burmese and Vietnamese language-learning texts; a monograph series; and short academic papers.

The Center for Southeast Asian Studies was established in 1963 and has been a federally funded U.S. Department of Education Title VI National Resource Center since 1967. It is the only research and teaching center in the U.S. focused on Southeast Asia.
