Fragmentary remains of the dinosaur Neosaurus missouriensis Gilmore, n. gen., n. sp., are described and their geological occurrence is recorded. This is the first known discovery of dinosaur remains in Missouri. It adds one more to the small number of occurrences of sauropod dinosaurs from the Upper Cretaceous series of North America.
